Privacy Policy

Terra Wallet (“we”, “us”) is a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet. This policy explains what information the app handles and how. By using Terra Wallet you agree to this policy.

What never leaves your device

Your private keys, recovery (seed) phrase, PIN and biometric data are generated and stored only on your device, encrypted in the device keystore. We never collect, transmit, store, or have access to them, and we can never recover them for you.

Information sent to our servers

To provide wallet features, the app sends the following to our backend:

• Public wallet addresses (e.g. your Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana, Tron addresses). These are public by nature and contain no private information.
• A holdings snapshot - token symbols, balances and approximate USD values - used to power portfolio and account features and to provide support.
• A push-notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) so we can alert you when a transaction reaches your wallet.
• App version and basic device/usage analytics, in anonymized form, to keep the app secure and improve it.

Third-party services

To read on-chain data the app queries blockchain infrastructure providers, which receive your public addresses and lookup requests (never your keys): Alchemy, CoinGecko, mempool.space, TronGrid, and public RPC nodes. Push notifications are delivered through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging. These providers process data under their own policies.

How we use information

To operate the wallet, fetch balances, prices and transaction history, deliver transaction notifications, maintain security and abuse prevention, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data.

Data retention & deletion

Address and holdings snapshots are retained while your wallet remains active. You can request deletion of this server-side record at any time by emailing us; removing the app and ceasing use stops further data collection.

Security

Sensitive material is encrypted on-device, and all communication with our servers uses TLS. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we follow industry practices to protect your information.

Children

Terra Wallet is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Your choices

You can disable notifications and analytics in the app’s settings, and request data deletion as described above.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the revised version on this page with a new date.
